What is your role at Tri-City?
I have worked at Tri-City for over 20 years. I currently help run the dealerships and have the luxury of being our Community Love Promise Champion. I coordinate and get involved with everything Tri-City does to give back. We are committed to helping, giving to, and engaging with our community.
Tri-City is supporting CAPSC with raising money for the Fuel Assistance Program, supporting the domestic violence survivors program with a ‘giving tree’ and helping with a shoe distribution event for Family Resource Center Families AND doing a coat drive. How did this all come about?
CAPSC is well known in the community and their mission/goals line right up with Tri-City’s community involvement initiatives. We partnered up for one program and next thing we know we were involved in three or four great ways to support different needs within our community.
Describe Tri-City’s history of community involvement and if there are individuals in your company who deserve special mention for their community support.
We have an amazing staff and there is no one individual that can do or does what we are able to do. It really takes the whole team’s efforts to accomplish the things we do and have the success that we have doing it.
How did you first learn about CAPSC, and what was your initial impression of their services?
I honestly don’t remember. We have done so much over the years. We’ve been part of the CAPSC Classic Golf Tournament, Gift of Warmth, Christmas Giving Tree, Winter Coat Drive, Operation Warm, and more.
