2023 Keynote Speaker

Haydin Simmons, New Hampshire’s 2023 Kid Governor, was the keynote speaker for the 2023 Annual Meeting.

The Kid Governor program is a statewide civics program for Granite State students. Haydin, a student at Pollard Elementary School in Plaistow, was elected by her peers after running on a platform of ending poverty and hunger in New Hampshire. Haydin eloquently and passionately talked about the challenges children and adults are facing and how communities can come together to help. Thank you, Haydin, for sharing your passion and ideas with us! We look forward to continuing to work with you to end poverty and hunger!
