About the Program
If you are a Strafford County resident age 60 years or over, the Senior Transportation Program can provide door-to-door transportation to grocery stores, shopping plazas, and pharmacies in the area. At this time, we do not transport to medical appointments.

Find a Ride
Plan ahead! You will need to contact TripLink by 11:00 am one business day before you would like to ride. Our driver does not schedule rides directly. The helpful staff at TripLink will also check your eligibility for other services, such as Community Rides, COAST ADA Transport and Ready Rides.

How do I schedule a ride?
Call TripLink at 603-834-6010 by 11:00 am the business day before you would like to ride. If you would like to set up weekly rides, let TripLink know, and you will not need to call every week.
How much does a ride cost?
A round-trip donation of $2.00 per person is requested, but not required.
Can I ride if I use a wheelchair?
Yes, our Senior Transportation bus is lift-equipped.
What time will the Senior Transportation bus pick me up?
After you call TripLink, the scheduler will give you a pick-up time for the day of your ride. You will also receive a reminder phone call or text through TripLink the day before your ride.
Will the Senior Transportation bus bring me to medical appointments?
The Senior Transportation bus does not provide trips to medical appointments. Please call TripLink at 603-834-6010 to access other transportation programs that may be able to help.
