Does CAPSC offer remote positions?
Yes. Not all positions can work remote, but we have several positions that are eligible.
Does CAPSC require vaccination?
Yes. CAPSC is making every effort to keep our staff and those we serve safe during this pandemic. Candidates may need to be able to show their COVID vaccination status OR be willing to get the COVID vaccination(s) upon hire OR have a qualified medical or religious exemption if federally mandated.
How long does your recruitment process typically take?
It depends on the position. If we get many suitable applicants, it can take a bit longer or we can end the recruitment process quickly. Sometimes the process also takes a bit longer because of the busy schedules of our hiring managers. Overall we try to finish our process in 1-2 months.
