Community Action Partnership of Strafford County is the regional access point for the NH Coordinated Entry program. We act as a resource for individuals and families throughout the state who are currently fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence and who, because of this, are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. Whether currently in crisis or in preparation for a safer future, survivors can work with our staff to prevent homelessness, find shelter, apply for housing opportunities, and connect with local crisis centers and additional resources.
If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence and needs housing, we can help. Our aim is to help survivors feel safe, to prevent and minimize the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness, and to support self-sufficiency.
