On May 17th, community partners, local leaders, and our sponsors helped us celebrate a memorable year of helping Strafford County at our 57th Annual Meeting. The breakfast event, held at the beautiful Flag Hill in Lee, also gave us many opportunities to talk with these passionate and steadfast community champions about how we can do more in the year ahead to meet the needs of our neighbors.

Every year, CAPSC convenes community members, partners, and leaders to join us for a celebration of CAPSC’s accomplishments over the last year and the accomplishments we have made together as a community. The event typically includes breakfast, networking, a brief presentation, keynote speaker, and the announcement of the prestigious Mission and Champion awards. It’s a powerful community-driven event that brings together leaders from across Strafford County!

Founded in 1965, CAPSC is the sole provider in Strafford County to offer a full suite of programs and services designed to have a measurable impact on the health and welfare of at-risk children, seniors, and people experiencing low incomes.
Without the services provided by our agency, many local residents would be without a means to provide for their basic needs, including food, education, child care, utilities assistance, transportation, housing, emergency shelter and access to other services.
